Returns and Exchanges

Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing items to be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please ensure the return is shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and the protective shipping box, ensuring all original tags and seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-printed return shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Finalize Shipment

  Schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop off the package at an authorized service point to begin the return transit.
